Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing architectural plans according to RAJUK rules
∎ Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients during all project phases
∎ Preparing project documentation and supervising quality and regulatory compliance
∎ Ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget and timeline
∎ You will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects across residential and commercial sectors.
∎ Key duties include:
∎ Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing architectural plans according to RAJUK rules
∎ Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients during all project phases
∎ Preparing project documentation and supervising quality and regulatory compliance
