∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Computer Skills, Sales Marketing., Sketch up, Structural Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application who has experienced with similar job in similar industry (Architecture Farm).
∎ This is a full time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficient in 3D modeling, Animation and Presentation.
∎ Clear conception about building projects, building materials, interior design - materials and execution process.
∎ Find new prospects and sales leads to secure interior design consultancy and execution.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Visit potential clients on a regular basis and develop rapport with the project in charge.
∎ Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methods.
∎ Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design.
∎ Knowledge of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering relating to building costs.
∎ Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.
∎ To perform any sorts of relevant job if assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
