∎ Job Location - House #181, Road #23, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning & Preparing preliminary architectural drawing.
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
∎ Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ Membership of respected professional institute.
∎ Delivering drawings as per work schedule.
∎ Meeting with client and site supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas
∎ Art & Sketch
∎ Architectural Design
∎ Production of detail drawing
∎ 3D Visualization
∎ Cost estimation.
∎ Proficiency in Architectural & relative software (e.x- AutoCad, SketchUp/ 3DS Max, V-ray, Microsoft Office etc.)
∎ Should be smart, proactive & dedicated.
