Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Architecture / Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Types of work: Interior & Exterior Architectural design & drawing
∎ Preparing interior 2D, 3D rendering, and presentation & working drawing, Home interior, Commercial interior, Landscaping.
∎ Report regularly to authority and appraise the progress
∎ Responsible for drafting the space plan for site management and supervision.
∎ Prepare Interior Design Concept / 3D Visualization.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the practical knowledge of interior constriction and material.
∎ Must be skilled in Auto CAD, Sketch up/3D max ( with rendering)
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and finish work within deadline.
∎ Candidates having experience in Pre-fabricated Steel Building Design and Drawing shall be preferred.
∎ Other works as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Architecture holders should have minimum 3 years' experience / Diploma in Architecture holders should have minimum 5 years' experience

Salary: Negotiable
