Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Arch. from any reputed Public/Private University with good academic record

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of solving architectural floor plans, interior working plans & sections & preparing of approval sheets for different authority independently.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on creation of high-quality architectural visualizations & animations (for both exterior & interior) by using most sophisticated software.
∎ Preparation of quotation, budget & schedule for different type of project.
∎ Coordination with Project In-Charge for related design & support to execute the project.
∎ To estimate the total material requirement based on architectural & interior drawings and specifications and also to assess the item-wise cost.
∎ Must have expertise on 3DS Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Sketchup, Revit, Illustrator & Other Cad Software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having IAB membership will be given preference.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consultancy Firm/Architectural firm, Interior solution firm, Real Estate.

Salary: Negotiable
