∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create concept design drawings for planning purposes
∎ Create technical detail drawings for construction purposes
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Experience in dealing with vendors and suppliers and site supervision
∎ Collaborate with the design team, contractors and manufacturers
∎ Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
∎ An outstanding designer with understanding of buildability efficient and productive
∎ Proficiency in both Bengali and English
∎ Strong communication, collaboration, coordination, multi-tasking and organizational skills to handle client-meetings
∎ Solution-based approach to problem-solving

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly skilled AutoCAD, D5, Lumion, Sketchup. BIM and Revit skills preferred
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
∎ Excellent digital presentation and graphic skills
