Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture at Public or Private Institutions
∎ Bachelor in Architecture at Public or Private University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings also steel structure.
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
∎ Preparing sheet for Rajuk/ Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design;
∎ Capability of modern and contemporary present world interior & exterior architectural trend.
∎ 3D visualization of Residential & Commercial Building.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age (18-25 years for Diploma) and (25-30 years for Bachelor)
∎ Both Male and Female candidate are allowed for the post.
∎ Experienced persons will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms.
∎ Preferable to foreign project work experienced.
∎ Computer knowledge must include related software.
∎ Candidate should be well appearance and organized
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
∎ Must have patience and competence to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
