∎ Age 23 to 34 years
∎ Sound knowledge of Auto cad, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3ds max, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skill in Auto CAD for Working Drawing)
∎ Sound Knowledge on Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Skills & Expertise
∎ 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD
∎ MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings.
∎ Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
∎ Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience.
∎ Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design;
∎ Creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders.
∎ Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
∎ Workplace: Work at office
∎ Working Hours: 10am-6pm
