Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture with good academic records from BUET/KUET/AUST/BRAC or any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work;
∎ Understand the current planning rules with RAJUK and be aware of the relating to the different areas;
∎ Supervise assigned projects end to end, to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design;
∎ Able to meet deadline and budget,
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals as and when required;
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, Bangladesh building codes, guidelines and regulations from;
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have experience 3-4 years in Architecture & Interior Firm;
∎ The applicants should have experience in 2D, 3D Studio Max, Interior Designing;
∎ An excellent communicator and orator in both English and Bengali;
