Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: 3d Visualization, Analytical Skill, AutoCAD Drafting, building design, Civil Engineering, Communication skills, Coordination.

∎ Job Location: Sylhet (Main city)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare preliminary drawings, designs and specifications.
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing of buildings and Interior design.
∎ Prepare detailed working drawings for construction and compile specification documents.
∎ Perform site visits on a regular basis to check on project status.
∎ Cooperate and liaise with the construction and interior design project management department.
∎ Prepare project presentation, 3D visualization.
∎ Prepare interior design & drawing.
∎ Any other responsibility is assigned to him/her by the superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 3D Visualization, Architectural Drafting, Auto CAD Designing, Building Design, Interior Design.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He/She should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
