Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Arch. from any Public university
∎ Diploma In Architecture for the post of Junior Architect

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed designs & drawings for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Prepare and develop Architectural layouts, elevations, cross-sections, etc. in compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.
∎ Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications, and survey notes in an organized manner.
∎ Knowledge in drafting Drawing and Estimation.
∎ Should have rich design understanding and sufficient knowledge of raw material used.
∎ Assist and support the engineering team in execution of architectural processes and issues.
∎ Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues through meetings.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Must have the basic understanding of structural & architectural drawings
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
∎ To do any 2D, Plan, Section, Elevation Detailing works as per Instruction.
∎ Shall have good knowledge to create layout, layer and other commands.
∎ Skill in Auto Cad 2D,3D, 3ds Studio Max ,V-ray, Sketch Up and Photoshop.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Architectural Firm, Industrial Projects, Interior and exterior Design, Auto Cad 2D,3D, 3ds Studio Max ,V-ray, Sketch Up and Photoshop.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Visualization, Animation, 3D Studio Max, Lumion, SketchUp, V-Ray, Architecture, Auto CAD Designing, Drafting, Interior Design, Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc.
∎ Additional certificates or licenses will be appreciated.
∎ Great leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Great written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
