Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Must have knowledge about Pre Engineered Building (PEB).
∎ Must be skilled in Auto CAD 2D/3D, Sketch up, Photoshop, V-Ray.
∎ Should be skilled in 3D Rendering.
∎ Skill in Revit, Rhinoceros, and 3ds Max will be considered as additional advantage.
∎ Must have expertise on Residential building designing for both exterior and interior.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Self-motivated, strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team in a project oriented environment.
∎ Applicant has to be innovative and willing to work hard.
∎ Must have good interpersonal & communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by top management.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing.
∎ Understand the requirement and prepare preliminary Architectural/Interior design of different projects.
∎ Specify material specification, follow up costing process.
∎ Preparing all type of reports concerning design section & update weekly project progress report.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the top management from time to time.
∎ Be able to demonstrate research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly on structural design with computer based software.
∎ Developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
∎ To familiarize and ensure applicable International specifications and standards used by various design staff.Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, suppliers and customers.

Additionally, proficiency in 3D Visualization using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other related tools is required, while keeping in mind both client and management expectations
