Educational Requirements:
∎ B.S.C. in Architecture / Interior Architecture / Interior Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Types of work: Interior & Exterior Architectural design & drawing
∎ Preparing interior 2D, 3D rendering, and presentation & working drawing, Home interior, Commercial interior, Landscaping.
∎ BOQ preparation (Material estimation, Cost estimation, Price quotation)
∎ Report regularly to authority and appraise the progress
∎ Responsible for drafting the space plan for site management and supervision.
∎ Prepare Interior Design Concept / 3D Visualization.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the practical knowledge of interior constriction and material.
∎ Must be skilled in Sketch up/3D max ( with rendering)
∎ Other works as assigned by the management.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and finish work within deadline.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the software (s): Auto CAD, sketch up/3D max, V Ray, Corel draw, Photoshop, illustrator, Microsoft Office.
