Job Context:
∎ A renowned luxury resort in Munshiganj.
∎ We are looking for an innovative Experience Architect & Interior Designer, Who will work as an Architect or Interior Designer to various type of interior projects like residence, commercials.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare preliminary drawings, designs and specifications.
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing of multi storied building.
∎ Prepare detail working drawings for construction and compile specification documents.
∎ Capable to prepare Rajuk drawing for approval.
∎ Perform site visits on a regular basis to check on project status.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction and project management department.
∎ Prepare project presentation, 3D visualization.
∎ Prepare interior design &drawing.
∎ Field survey existing buildings to create as-built drawing.
∎ Any other responsibility assigns to him by the superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3D Studio Max, 3DS MAX, Auto CAD 2D 3D, LUMION, Maya, SketchUp
∎ Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design, Steel
