Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architect, Interior Architect, Diploma in Architect from any reputed Institute/University.
∎ Diploma in Interior Architect (with 3 Years Practical Experience).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have interior design experience, Fluency in AutoCAD, Fluency in SketchUp, V-Ray, Working Design, Layout Design, New Site Visit, 3D visualization and BOQ.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other duties assigned by the management.
∎ Coordinate and lead the interior design team as a senior architect.
∎ Generate and follow up leads.
∎ Visit clients and make sales.
∎ Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
∎ Collaborate with the design team and get quality designs prepared by them.
∎ Prepare quotations and presentations for clients.
∎ Prepare designs based on client requirements.
∎ Handle client queries and ensure after sale support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Design, Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Graphic Design,3D Visualization,3D Animation, Art & Sketch etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architectural Firm, Interior Firm.
∎ Must need to have the knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Render, Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Candidate should be of honest, confident, smart, professional, hardworking, energetic and pleasant personality.
∎ Good communication skill, smart & dynamic to work with comfortable office environment & Customer Dealing.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have to good communicator - verbally, graphically and in written form.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
