∎ Diploma in Architecture,
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: sketch up,3DStudio Max,AutoCad
∎ Skills Required: 3dStudioMax, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Word, Excel.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation
∎ Understanding Client needs and Develop
∎ Design Concept for the Company and Clients.
∎ Prepare Interior/Architecture Design concept, Plan, Elevation, detailed Working Drawing, 3D Visualization, Auto Cad 2D,3D MAX, Sketchup and Cost Estimation.
∎ Make and Submit quotation, models, Complete construction documents, Assist building plan and Material presentation.
∎ The candidate must have Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Studio Max, Architecture, Architecture firm, Building Interior, Customer Handling Problem solving, Interior decorator, Interior Design, Interior Designing, Interior Firms, Interior Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Pleasant personality with good communication skill, Team player & punctual
