Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and/or Diploma in Architecture / Architecture & Interior Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawing of furniture and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
∎ Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Research & source materials according to the project type & budget.
∎ Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Max,v-ray, Lumion etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Self-disciplined, polite, punctual & hard worker
∎ The applicants should have experience in Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design
∎ Sound knowledge in modern Architecture and Interior Design, drawing and must have interior related materials idea.
∎ Attend Client Meeting.
∎ The position is open to both male and female candidates
