Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Hospital, Restaurant, Super shop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for and bid on new projects
∎ Determine the projects goals and requirements for the project
∎ Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
∎ Design and document commercial and industrial building projects
∎ Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
∎ Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts
∎ Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
∎ Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
