Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A), Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D (Auto Cad), 3d Visualization, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adobe Photoshop, Architectural Drafting, Interior Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate between Design team, Site and Clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.
∎ Co-ordinate between architectural, structural, electro-mechanical and other consultants on drawings and details
∎ Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for interior/exterior for different type of project.
∎ Prepare periodical reports on the progress & development of ongoing projects
∎ Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Capability of understanding of architectural plan & structural design
∎ Monitoring and controlling of material quantities, qualities, etc.
∎ A deep understanding of design concepts to interpret design briefs given by another team.
∎ Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet time and budget constraints via working under pressure.
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team.
∎ Knowledge about 3D software(3dsmax, Sketchup,rhino or any other),drafting software (AutoCad or any other) and photo-editing software(Photoshop, lightroom or any other).
∎ Basic computer knowledge.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
