Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma /BSC Engineering
∎ Any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.
∎ Preparation and modification of RAJUK Plan
∎ Must know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, 3DX MAX, RHINO, MAYA.
∎ Capable to prepare creative Layout Plan, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch up, 3D MAX / Maya, Vary and Photoshop, etc
∎ Meet clients to present proposed designs.
∎ Photoshop rendering
∎ Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches
∎ Good graphics sense, strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Drawing preparing as per the requirement with project visit.
∎ Brochure design for Developer's Project
∎ Billboard, Fencing and other design
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Experience to handle all kind of Architectural projects.
∎ Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities
∎ Co-ordination with sales & service team.
∎ Positive attitude and self motivated
Additional Requirements:
∎ Females are highly encourage to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
∎ Candidate should be energetic, well disciplined, & able to work under pressure with positive approach
∎ Candidate preferably having IAB membership
