Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in Civil Engineering from Reputed (Public/Private) University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional ability to manage clients under requirement, visualize the design and stories that are best fit for client ensuring all the designs standards and government regulations.
∎ Take client requirements properly. Then Design and concept formulation as per requirement of clients and brief to the design team.
∎ Prepare Architectural Design Concept, Professional ability for all kind of Architectural Floor Plan (Public, Commercial & Residential), Elevation, Section, Landscaping.
∎ Co-operation with implementation team and Engineers, Design Team and seniors advisers.
∎ Client meeting and official Presentation of Project Details.
∎ Should have the quality to lead a design team, Supervises junior architects, assigns them tasks and monitors the entire team or any other works assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Competency to work on projects/Time-bound tasks and delivery.
∎ Advanced technical, Online and Computer application.
∎ Excellent communication skills & Exceptional attention to detail.
∎ Result-driven, ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset that will play a key (and hands-on) role in driving major growth in the business.
∎ A track record of following through on commitments and taking on challenges.
∎ Outstanding leadership quality.
∎ Structural Design & Analysis by ETABS or Equivalent software with 2 years minimum experience in structural drafting by AutoCAD Software.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max/ SketchUP/ Ravit Software, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Excel.
∎ For Structural Design Engineer.
∎ Leading our engineering team to create structural designs & Analysis and Drafting for various kinds RCC Building projects.
∎ Prepare detailed structural Working drawings, calculations and specifications.
∎ Capable of making CAD design according to the management requirement for Projects.
∎ Estimating & Costing Analysis.
∎ Having experience in working under deadlines.
∎ Site Supervision
