Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have extensive practical knowledge of preparing design proposal.
∎ Preparing well presentation.
∎ Preparing construction drawing.
∎ Excellent customer service and high quality coordination skill.
∎ Good understanding of architectural design & documentation.
∎ Ability to conduct effective meeting with client.
∎ Preparing work Report weekly monthly & yearly.
∎ Capable to make effective communication/correspondences via Mail & Phone.
∎ Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Update and report about existing as well as upcoming customers' profiles.
∎ Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve site supervision performance.
∎ Able to make models, prepare design & complete construction documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3D Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, V-ray rendering
∎ Pleasing Personality.
∎ Must be pro-active, smart, and self-motivated.
∎ Should have good presentation skill.
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable depending on the candidate`s capabilities, knowledge and experience.
