Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Visualization, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Hotel Interior design, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers
∎ Assisting interior designers, architects or graphic designers in space planning and design details
∎ Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models
∎ Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real - life objects using special rendering software
∎ Enhancing images and adding special effects
∎ Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields
∎ Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes or structures.
∎ Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
∎ Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
∎ Establishing project goals.
∎ Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
∎ Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
∎ Participating in site visits.
∎ Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
∎ Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.
∎ Consulting with clients on building projects.
