Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawings.
∎ Coordinate and support the team as needed.
∎ Work independently and under minimal supervision.
∎ To support the project team in preparing estimation/ BoQ.
∎ Work flexibility (Hybrid/ remote/ part-time) will be provided for deserving professional.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The person must have experience working in an Architectural or consultancy firm working for commercial and residential building projects.
∎ Experience/ involvement in assisting project teams in designing light to heavy industrial facilities will be an advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of design, construction procedures, building codes, and building materials
∎ Excellent 3D Modeling and rendering skills. Proficiency in architectural design suits/ software and CAD.
