Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Arch in Architecture/B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
∎ Minimum one year experience in interior design solution inf banks, Corporate office and Related areas.
Job Context:
∎ Job location: The emporium, 14/1,Mirpur road, Shyamoli, Dhaka.
∎ Working place: Both Head office and Project location.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participation in the tender and prepare all relevant documents for submission.
∎ Receive Work Order and execution includes site visit, estimation of raw materials etc.
∎ Coordination among the client and parties/vendors.
∎ Preparation of BOQ, Estimation.
∎ Final measurement and bill settlement.
∎ Must be ready to visit the sites throughout the country.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD (Mandatory), 3D MAX, Photoshop.
∎ Strong Communication skill.
∎ Challenging attitude to take the responsibility.
Salary: Negotiable
