Experience:

• 4 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.

• Membership with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) will be an advantage.

• 4 to 6 years

• Age 25 to 36 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of BNBC and local construction regulations.

• Knowledge of construction materials and building systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Time management and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Effective management of project schedules and deadlines. 

Job Context:

We are looking for a qualified and creative Architect with 4-6 years of professional experience to design, plan, and supervise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions.

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.

• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning.

• Ensure designs meet client requirements, functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic standards.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing consultants.

• Attend client meetings and present design proposals.

• Work closely with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Review and approve shop drawings and construction documents.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQ support, and project specifications.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, fire safety requirements, and local authority approvals.

• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and regulatory clearances.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and design compliance.

• Monitor project progress and resolve architectural issues during construction.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of work.

• Review construction materials and finishes as per project specifications.

• Maintain project documentation and reports.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
