Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture from any IAB Accredited University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization with animation and Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Knowledge of drawing submission to different authorities for approval.
∎ Maintain communication with Corporate Clients. Moreover, meeting with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm.
∎ Required technical knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch-up, VRAY rendering, Lumion, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office.
