Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in architecture or a related field.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a creative and inspired Architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction.
∎ Official time: 2.00 pm-10.00 pm (Bangladesh Time).
∎ Can be worked from home, flexibility with regards to time.
∎ Working days: 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researches programs, plans, and designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes and building materials and systems.
∎ Produces conceptual plans, rendering and documents.
∎ Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
∎ Working with the project Manager, may direct, supervise and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/ or the detailed Design Phase of a project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability.
∎ Technically creative and open minded.
∎ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft office suite is required.
∎ LEED AP is preferred.
∎ Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge of building codes and regulatory.
∎ Strong creative and visualization skills.

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
