∎ Capable to prepare innovative & functional architectural plan of Multistoried Apartment Project.
∎ Capable to give proper instruction for RAJUK Plan, working drawing of multistoried apartment Project.
∎ Capable to prepare modern Perspective view of multi storied apartment building.
∎ Enough Knowledge for FAR rule & related Plan approval rule as per RAJUK Bidhimala 2008 & DAP-2022-2035.
