Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architect (B.Arch).
∎ Preferable BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET & other Private University.
∎ Member of IAB & RAJUK Enlisted.
∎ Must have IBA and RAJUK Enlisted.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare creative & functional architectural plan for RAJUK approval of Multistoried building.
∎ Capable to prepare working drawing of multistoried apartment Building.
∎ Capable to prepare modern Perspective view of multi storied apartment building.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in apartment building design in any architectural company or Real Estate company.
∎ Enough Knowledge for FAR rule & related Plan approval rule as per RAJUK Bidhimala 2008.
∎ Knowledge on Auto Cad, Photoshop, Illustrator, other relevant Software.
∎ Knowledge for interior design of apartment building.
∎ Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.
