Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture with good academic records from BUET/ KUET/CUET AUST/ BRAC or any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Architectural, Structural & Interior Design work.
∎ Understand the current planning rules with CDA/RAJUK and be aware of the relating to the different areas.
∎ Supervise assigned projects end to end, to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ When required Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project to management.
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind organizational/client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.
∎ Able to meet deadline and budget.
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals as and when required.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, Bangladesh building codes, guidelines and regulations from.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex and competitive situation.
∎ Ready to perform any other duties as assigned by the management as when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop)
∎ Applicant should have pleasant Personality, Honesty, SMARTNESS & Hardworking ability.
