Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor degree in Architecture from a reputed university is required.

∎ Should have the ability of Good planning and design concept.
∎ Experienced and Freshers both are encouraged to apply.
∎ Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Maya will add an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drafting & Design: Prepare accurate and detailed architectural using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
∎ Plan & Layout Development: Assist in designing and modifying floor plans, elevations, and sections as per project specifications.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and finalize drawings.
∎ Site Coordination: Ensure drawings align with site conditions and requirements by coordinating with site teams.
∎ Revisions & Modifications: Update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and management.
∎ Compliance & Standards: Maintain design standards, accuracy, and adherence to building codes and regulations.
∎ Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain an up-to-date database of project drawings and related documents.
