∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Drafting, Exterior Design, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Exterior and Interior Design concept, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization
∎ Visit Project site and supervision of working progress
∎ Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms and collect design as well as customers
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have 05 Years experience in related field
∎ Proper knowledge of RAJUK & DAP rules
∎ Clear understanding of project process
∎ Sound knowledge in Modern Interior, Exterior, Landscape design
∎ Must have ability to provide solution on the constraints of space
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials
∎ Software Skill: Auto Cad/Revit, Sketchup/3D Max/Maya/V-Ray
∎ Basic Software Skill: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Team work and ability to work under pressure
