∎ Oversee the entire architectural & interior design process, starting from concept development to project completion.
∎ Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes.
∎ Prepare & review architectural & interior drawings, renderings, clarity & adherence to project requirements.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
