Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the capability to do 3D Designing, Architectural Designing.
∎ Perform on-site observations and provide recommendations on various spaces' designs.
∎ Capture and comprehend client requirements.
∎ Create design plans.
∎ Ideate and develop innovative design solutions.
∎ Work with various interior design themes and styles.
∎ Good interpersonal and analyzing skills.
∎ Creativity, imagination and a passion for designing.
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Keeping a record of project documents properly.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
∎ Responsibility to run the architectural department efficiently with quality output of architectural design in respect of stipulated time and budget.
∎ Co-ordinate & Liaison with other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality projects accurately with utmost management satisfaction.
∎ Understand Engineering drawing related to work, particularly architectural, structural drawings and other associated detail drawings on the basis of present RAJUK rules.
∎ He will responsible for following up new projects from planning, drawing ,material selection and working with other team members. Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as well and when required coordinate with clients and land owner regarding design related issues.
∎ Site control and site visits for proper implementation of architectural design.
∎ Must have the ability to lead a team.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
