Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Design
Job Context:
∎ We are an emerging architectural design studio based in Bashundhara, Dhaka. We are looking for design-savvy individuals to join our team. Candidates applying will be expected to have the following qualities :
∎ Must have unbounded love for design.
∎ Must understand and enjoy the process of design.
∎ An eye for even the smallest details.
∎ A mindset to be patient and hardworking.
∎ Must be open to new experiences.
∎ Flexible to learn new skills.
∎ Perseverance to bring designs into reality.
∎ Be empathetic and sincere.
∎ Be a responsible member of the studio and of society.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Anything and everything in the process of developing a design to its completion. To be more specific, candidates should expect to be doing the following :
∎ Brainstorming to come up with fresh concepts/ideas.
∎ Developing design from concept (2d & 3d).
∎ Physical model making.
∎ Co-ordinating with Engineers.
∎ Developing working drawings.
∎ Co-ordination with building site.
∎ Preparing publication documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Salary will be decided based on the applicants` caliber.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
