∎ Lead the design process from concept to construction documents.
∎ Develop and manage architectural plans, specifications, and timelines.
∎ Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
∎ Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
∎ Conduct team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
∎ Create innovative designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
∎ Review designs to ensure quality and code compliance.
∎ Oversee construction documents and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
∎ Resolve design-related issues and client concerns.
∎ Manage project budgets and negotiate with consultants and contractors.
