Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Architecture from IAB Accredited University.
∎
∎ Skills Required: 3d Visualization, Architectural Drafting, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Interior Design, Software Architect, Structural Design, etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage architectural design projects from concept development to completion.
∎ Develop project proposals and collaborate with project team to develop & refine design, drawings and details.
∎ Coordinate with consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP and Contractors) throughout the project life cycle to ensure a seamless project execution.
∎ Perform site visit on a regular basis to check the quality and project status.
∎ Review drawings to ensure compliance of the local building codes, regulations and company standards.
∎ Review RAJUK drawings and other relevant drawings for submission.
∎ Cooperate and liaison with construction and project management dept.
∎ Prepare project presentation and 3D visualization.
∎ Prepare interior design and drawing.
∎ Prepare detail working drawings, blueprints, specifications, and required architectural documents for construction.
∎ Conduct field survey of existing buildings to make as-built drawings.
∎ Maintain archive of all completed projects.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in REVIT would get preference.
∎ Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Proficiency in 3D visualization software.
∎ Need sound knowledge on computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
