Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Architectural plan and design independently for building construction of RMG Industry Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Academic Institution, Hotel and Real Estate.
∎ Expertise in drawings of architecture plans, specifications, elevations and interior detail.
∎ Co-ordinate and solve design related problems by consulting with design team.
∎ To draw and conceptualize drawing layouts for residence and office.
∎ Supervise and monitor all interior works as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Skilled to use latest design software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Prepare Architectural plan, elevation, and detail drawings on the basis of present RAJUK rules.
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, LUMION, Revit, Sketch up, V Ray Render
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge on modern architectural design.
∎ Must have 3 to 4 years of practical experience Consulting or any design firm.
∎ Candidate should be friendly, good personality and have excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate should be energetic, well disciplined, ability to work under pressure with positive approach
