Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) with two year experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design preparation and drawings of Architectural and interior project implementation including space planning, RAJUK drawings, proposal drawings, working drawings and 3D perspective for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
∎ Must be able to do 3D modeling and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray and Lumion.
∎ Supervision and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), specifications and cost proposal for both building and interior design projects.
∎ Preparation of Technical presentation and financial bid proposal as per client requirement.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant / client, taking measurement from project sites, meetings & design presentation as well as attending technical meetings with clients.
∎ Guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction sites and make the team work effective and successful.
∎ Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle team. Problem-solving and Decision-making person with excellent interpersonal skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2-5 years practical experience of Architectural and Interior design drawings with AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay and Lumion.
∎ Only Sincere, Honest, Hardworking person who would have commitment of regular attendance at office should apply.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
