Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Supply Chain Management is highly preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Supply Chain, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare each procurement plan, Inventory control and delivery lead time.
∎ Rate negotiation with different supplier and make comparison statement including all possible information.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to sellers etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ To follow up for raw and packing materials and ensure proper selection of HS code for easy clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ To communication with confirming bank for add confirmation of export LC at a competitive price.
∎ Coordination with local vendors for price negotiation & order execution.
∎ Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers (Local & Foreign) and negotiate to minimize price offers
∎ Process and submit all types of bill to accounts department after verification.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in MS-Word and MS-Excel (must).
∎ Hardworking & energetic, have team spirit, honest & truthful.
∎ Mental & physical ability to work.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have good communication & negotiation skills.
