∎ Candidate from Public/AUST/BRAC/NSU/EWU/UAP/Stamford University/IUBAT University will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: MS Project, Project Management Coordinator, Strong leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BOQ Analysis, Construction Estimating, Project Budgeting, project coordination, Project Management, Project Monitoring, Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather working drawings to help with the planning of the construction project and create a master work schedule.
∎ Budget preparation and submission for approval of a cash flow diagram.
∎ Construction team formation and a brief outline of the construction process.
∎ Manage project operations like planning, micro scheduling, and execution in accordance with the plan.
∎ enforce physical controls and contractual control clauses in accordance with the company's methods and processes.
∎ Examine and understand suggested designs, architectural plans, and building requirements to ensure the project is carried out as intended.
∎ proactive coordination with contractors for the project's execution.
∎ Make sure that all service activities are executed on schedule, according to the construction strategy, and with sufficient planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
