Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate effectually with the General Manager /owner, the sales team and the production team. Informing and updating them required regularly to guarantee that production sales and customer objects are met.
∎ Take all necessary action to make production cost and improve profitability production equipment purchase/leases and conduct cost/ benefit analysis.
∎ Schedule delegate and ensure performance of all equipment maintenance following maintenance procedures.
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R & D activities as per the customer requirements and formulate marketing departments in doing so.
∎ Flow up production & other activity of Factory.
∎ Responsible for continuous in process, quality & production of factory.
∎ Follow up all machines, equipment & tooling is well maintained in operating conditions of factory.
∎ Plan and implement various measures to reduce the cost of manufacturing and reduction in wastage.
∎ Ensure good quality product and services to reduction in Market complaints.
∎ Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
∎ Responsible for implementing Management strategies to meet the business goals of the company.
∎ Follow up overall plant operation safety, discipline & cleanliness of the each work station of factory.
∎ Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programme.
∎ Liaison with different departments, teams and companies, e.g., suppliers, managers, clients
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
