Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies and searches potential new products like-Flats, Land, Plots, & Commercial Spaces etc.
∎ Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules.
∎ Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products.
∎ Can assess total costs of company purchases and Inventories.
∎ Must be able to lead a team of professionals to meet targets.
∎ Creates, builds and harness Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on Govt. and Legal procedures in ownership and title ship of properties owned including Rajuk Rules.
∎ Must be Target oriented.
∎ Must be able to develop short term and long term purchase strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
∎ Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
∎ Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Manage all relationship communication to owners of properties through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have understanding on Land and Property Related Documentations.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Feasibility, Costing, profitability studies on properties both brand new and/or used projects (Secondary Market).
∎ Should be cunning, wise, outgoing and a hard negotiator.
∎ Well Groomed and presentable.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
