Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Communication, Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Ensure compliance of all rules of Govt. Agencies, other local agencies during construction.
∎ Coordination with the Clients (Govt./Private) to get approval of the Civil Drawings.
∎ Preparation and completion of site work as per working schedule, budget and approval.
∎ Handling Project Management Office & Site Team to provide technical direction.
∎ Handling sub-contractors, labors and other local authority during construction
∎ Estimation & Preparation of BOQ as per site requirement.
∎ Time to time site visit as per requirement.
∎ Material wastage controlling, monitoring and supervision.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work.
∎ Will have to be capable to operative 2/3 project at a time through Project Manager.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills,
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Strong knowledge in construction work and construction management
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary motivation.
∎ Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard acceptance practice.
∎ Good Communication Skill
