Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Tech/B. E in Mechanical or production.
∎ Diploma Engineering in Mechanical from local or foreign reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and draw up a production schedule.
∎ Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.
∎ Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
∎ Set the quality standards.
∎ Installation, commissioning and operation of latest
∎ the 1850mm wider ACHENBACH- 4 HIGH UNIVERSAL FOIL ROLLING MILL as early as generation Aluminium foil Mill.
∎ Supervise the operation of rolling, separating and roll-grinding.
∎ Project consist of 1850mm wider ACHENBACH- 4 HIGH UNIVERSAL FOIL ROLLING MILL, Separator, Rewinder, Roll Grinder, 6 nos. Annealing Furnaces and utilities accordingly.
∎ Overall responsibility for completion of Rolling Mill projects and after that starting from planning to dispatch of finished materials and always coordination with marketing persons.
∎ Target will be to produce 5.5 micron Aluminium foil from possible.
∎ Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers.
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programme.
∎ Organize the repair of any damaged equipment.
∎ Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g., suppliers, managers, clients
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
∎ Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
∎ Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
∎ Collate and analyses data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers.
∎ Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
∎ Review worker performance and identify training needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the Aluminium Foil Manufacturing Industry will be given preference.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
∎ Awareness of current Safety, Health, Environmental and Employment, legislation. Understanding of internal/external customer/supplier relationships.
∎ Understanding of Information Systems and their employment within a business and value in offering consolidated information for integrated businesses.
∎ Business and commercial awareness/exposure
∎ Presentation/communication skills. Very Strong Analytical skills
