Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc Engineering preferably from any public university.
∎ Academic qualifications may be relaxed for ex- defense and in case of vast experience in the Fuel Supply Chain.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fuel Operation, Oil tank terminal
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages all phases of oil tank terminal operations, tanker receiving, storing, and delivery etc.
∎ Having knowledge about HFO & LFO specifications and measurement procedures.
∎ Capable to handling of Road Oil Tanker fleet.
∎ Ensures proper maintenance of all terminal equipment.
∎ Maintain public relations with concern Public and Regulatory Administration.
∎ Ensure proper regulatory requirements for the plant operation.
∎ Capable of handling plant operations and liaison with BIWTA, BRTA, BPC, BERC, NBR and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Regularly interact with other departments for smooth operations.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about Fuel import process.
∎ Knowledge about Fuel Storage at Chittagong.
∎ Knowledge about Mother vessel berthing and receiving at Chittagong.
∎ Inland Fuel vessel handling experiences.
∎ Oil tank terminal operation knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and have good communication skill.
∎ Essential Public relation skill & knowledge about local environment.
