∎ M.Engg/ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Reputed University like BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET etc.
∎ IEB and international Professional organization Membership Must.
∎ Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engineering

Job Context:
∎ Monno Jute Staflers Limited - one of the fastest growing Jute Mills and Textile Mills spare parts production industry in the country and is engaged in manufacturing Pin Items for Textile & Jute Mills since long time, needs the following candidate for its Production & Maintenance Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible to achieve targeted Production, proper Maintenance through ensuring utmost Quality.
∎ Overall responsible for any mechanical engineering and utility works and preventive maintenance
∎ He will be solely responsible to operate / run the project and to maintain delivery schedule on time with quality to satisfy the ultimate customer / buyer.
∎ Perform diagnosis on faults associated mechanical system and take corrective actions with the available resources as guided by Shift-in charge.
∎ Interpret plant operating results & trends and recommend corrective measures.
∎ Handover the relevant information, significant events, instructions and charge to the subsequent receiving shift prior to leaving the plant.
∎ Safe 'Start/Stop' of the mechanical and electrical systems of the plant and plant auxiliaries.
∎ Issue work request, cold work-permit and isolate any equipment as required for maintenance and ensure that safety practices are followed at all times.
∎ Manage emergencies in the Plant and take timely action to avoid failures and improve availability and reliability.
∎ Monitor and interpret plant operating data and rendering decisions or to perform as may be necessary to maintain safety, efficiency and availability of the entire power plant.
∎ Ensure proper handling / taking over the duties among the senior operators of the relieving & the next shift.
∎ To work with R&D team and to develop different types of products as suggested by Management.
∎ To perform various R&D and different product design like different hardware and accessories items.
∎ To develop production process with highly efficient layout.
∎ To coordinate with different suppliers to source different products.
∎ To coordinate with costing department and help analyzing feasibility of any new projects providing required information.
∎ To coordinate commercial/import operations department if needed.
∎ Walk around the Zone and report preventive maintenance status and issues on daily basis with the reporting authority and ensure smooth running of production from Mechanical engineering.
∎ Knowledgeable, experienced and can handle the problems in installation, repair or, removal of spares.
∎ Energy Conscious person. Certification on energy management is preferable.
∎ Establish a central monitoring system 24/7 and also a point of contact for ease of coordination and functioning
∎ Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
∎ Evaluating and Approving request for investments technically and send to relevant authorities for final approval
∎ Interacting with senior management for reporting
∎ Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports
∎ To have the knowledge about product and its productivity.
∎ To have the knowledge about all sorts of compliance.
∎ Overall responsibility for the maintenance unit and asset care.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly & annual maintenance planning.
∎ Planning for scheduled maintenance as well as running fault.
∎ Maintenance planning for maximum capacity utilization's.
∎ Mean time to repair is a basic measure of the maintainability of repairable items.
∎ To execute the maintenance schedule.
∎ Handling the foreman and fitter.
∎ Taking initiative about preventive regular maintenance.
∎ Daily reporting about spare parts consumption and chiller, compressor & all kinds of mechanical maintenance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years practical experiences is required in any reputed Modern Mechanical Workshop.
∎ Should have technical knowledge about different types of machineries like CNC Lathe, Injection Machine, and Milling Machine etc.
∎ Good technical knowledge and operation work experience on Mechanical Workshop.
∎ Leadership quality with supervision capability; ability to guide and train subordinate engineers; managerial role with good job planning and deployment skills.
∎ Technical analysis and reporting ability with good computer literacy.
∎ Applicants should have good interpersonal communication skills and should be fluent in English in any form of communication
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Islampur, Dhamrai.
∎ Must have good control / command to run the entire department with its production. Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Honest, Dynamic.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Good Knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Will give high priority on Design and Implementation Concept
∎ The candidates should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills.
∎ The candidates should be self-motivated, hardworking and result oriented.
