Job Context:
∎ We are looking proactive, dynamic & highly motivated professionals for Assistant General Manager (Admin & Marketing), Who has adequate knowledge to operate a office administration and Corporate Marketing.
∎ Job Location: Nayapaltan, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the market intelligence report and set the procurement strategy.
∎ Supervise subordinates to issue payments to contractors, suppliers and service providers on time.
∎ Develop systems, guidelines, work procedures and service standards for the team.
∎ Plan daily operations schedules and execute accordingly.
∎ Identify subordinates' training and development by training
∎ Assign tasks to subordinates and review subordinates' performance.
∎ Maintain internal & external communication.
∎ Strategic planning to increase efficiency.
∎ Corporate agreements with different service providers/Vendors (Products Service provider, hospitals, Housing Company, courier companies & any necessary as company requirements etc.) to ensure and get the corporate benefits for the company and internal customers.
∎ Ensure company's legal documents are updated through arranging timely renewal e.g. trade license, Fire license. Update and renewals of membership with different Chambers and Associations.
∎ Contact with government authority, Police Department, Ministry of ICT, Bangladesh Hi-tech Park Authority.
∎ Monthly / Quarterly budget preparation, projection and analysis.
∎ Monthly reporting to the management.
∎ Negotiation with the Land Lord and contract execution/renewals.
∎ Ensure the users space requirements and supervise the construction work/renovation/project management/repair and maintenance.
∎ Utility management, cleaning & housekeeping, repair & maintenance, property insurance etc.
∎ Prepare project plan.
∎ BOQ preparation and price check with supplier.
∎ Liaison with project head/Director specially government project.
∎ Event Management: Event Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Logistics Planning.
∎ Cost Savings/Cost efficiency, Optimum use of existing resources.
∎ Assist on different officials event management activities.
∎ Expat service & protocol.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative, Farm Management, Fisheries
∎ Retire Army/ Navy/ Air force or Administrative officer
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the mentality to frequent travel when and if required.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on current Labor Law of the country.
∎ Good intellectual and analytical skills.
∎ Problem Solving and Decision Making Capabilities.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
