Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in EEE from any reputed University
∎ Or
∎ Diploma in Electrical / Electronic from Govt. Poly technical Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and Controlling Erection, Commissioning for New Project.
∎ Supervision and Controlling of Utility machines in spinning factory as per maintenance schedule.
∎ All electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machinery to minimize production loss.
∎ Preparing electrical breakdown and downtime time report monthly and comparing the achievement with target breakdown and downtime.
∎ Conduct training session of all officer and worker for continual improvement.
∎ Reduce breakdown and spare parts consumption
∎ Repairing the defective inverted, PCB, power supply inside of factory
∎ Rewinding the burnt motor inside our factory
∎ Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule of production & utility machines.
∎ Prepare section wise yearly budget
∎ Make spare parts list of all type machinery and ensure PI/technical specification etc.
∎ Guiding and directing all immediate subordinate for planning, organizing and executing the factory works.
∎ Estimate the required material for implementation of new plant, modification or renovation.
∎ Communicate with the service engineer, erector and supplier regarding any unsolved problem of machinery
∎ Maintain the connection with other internal departmental personnel for smooth running the factory.
∎ Communicate with higher management at any abnormal situation.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Any other tasks to done by Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8 to 10 years for Public University.
∎ Or
∎ 15 years for Diploma Engr.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area : Spinning
∎ Candidate should be experienced in spinning industries related electrical machines.
∎ Should be working experienced as Manager position at 2 years in any spinning mills ltd.

Salary: Negotiable
